This is a simulated video deposition recorded by an NCRA Certified Legal Video Specialist (CLVS). We use broadcast quality video cameras, Sony lavaliere microphones, professional audio mixers, neutral backgrounds and, when necessary, artificial lighting. Video is simultaneously backed up and encoded in MPEG1 video format. Video tape* is included - FREE. Three day standard turnaround time once the transcript is received from the court reporter. Video is delivered on DVD.
